DELIVERY: Our cookies and merchandise can be delivered Nationwide in the United States of America.
PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We will let you know where the pick-up location is ahead of time.
ORDERING: We require a form filled out with the mandatory details. Within 24-48 hours, we will reach out to finalize your order. Placing a cookie request doesn’t guarantee your cookie order date.
CANCELLATIONS:All custom orders are non-refundable. Prior to 30 days before the scheduled pickup, delivery, or shipping date, only store credit will be issued. Within 30 days of the scheduled pickup, delivery, or shipping date, no credit or refund shall be issued.
All cookies are rolled out to 3/8” thickness. Full size cookies are 3” to 4” inches depending on the size of the cookie cutter. Minis are 2” to 2 and a half inches.
All cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness up to 2 and a half weeks and can be frozen for up to 2 months.
To secure your custom cookie order, we ask that you please fill out the cookie request form by clicking “request my cookies” above and we’ll be in touch to confirm and learn more about your cookie order.
Payments must be made in full at the time of the order confirmation to secure your order date. We accept cash and major credit cards.
It would be a local pickup in Latham, NY or we can ship nationwide.
I offer gluten friendly and my cookies are peanut and tree nut free but they are made in a home kitchen that does contain gluten, peanuts and tree nuts so cross contamination may be possible.
I ask for at least 2 weeks notice but the more notice the better. I understand that we are human and may forget to book in advance and I may occasionally be able to accommodate a last minute order. Inquire within!
We have a 2 dozen minimum and after that we can make as many cookies as you’d like. If you’re looking for a smaller order (i.e. a bridesmaid proposal cookie box, etc. inquire within and we may be able to accommodate!)
